How Ugramo Smart Body Scale Works
The electrode on the surface of the scale is used to contact the user’s legs, and the human body resistance is measured through a certain safe current.
This is called BIA or Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. The input of user data and measurement is taken into account to obtain the body resistance, which can accurately measure the body fat percentage, body moisture percentage, body muscle percentage, bone weight, and other body components.
The smart scale contains four sensors that measure your weight to an accuracy of 0.2 pounds. That means about +/-3% off the measurement.
In order to get an accurate reading, the user must use the scale while barefoot and during the same time each day; first thing in the morning with no clothes on.
Fitdays App FAQS
The Fitdays app is free and can be installed on any smart device; iOS must be 8.0 or higher and Android devices must be 6.0 or higher.
In order to sync the data from the smart body scale, you must install the Fitdays app and sync your device to your scale.
If your scale cannot connect with your mobile device, you will need to confirm a few things;
- Check to see if the Bluetooth on your phone is open, then try to connect devices again.
- Check the OS version of your smartphone.
- Click “Account”, “Device”, and find your scale to sync.
Each user can download the Fitdays app on their own phone and create a profile so that the app can record data separately.
Other family members will not have access to your data unless you permit them to add your profile to the app.
Users must be barefoot while measuring on the scale in order for it to display the health data along with the weight.
Remember that the Bluetooth must also be turned on so that the data can be captured and synced to the app.
When users stand on the scale, the number on the display must stop blinking (about 10 seconds), before it will record the measurements on the app.
The app has an Athlete Mode for users that are engaged in physical activities at high levels and have denser bodies than average people. Simply switch it over to this mode within the app.

My Thoughts on Ugramo Fit Body Analyzer
From my experience concerning the Best Smart Scales in 2020, the Ugramo Fit Body Analyzer is great! It measures and monitors weight along with health data; short and long-term.
Have you ever gotten on the scale to weigh, jotted it down, then weigh again the next day and find you weigh 3 pounds more? My weight fluctuates in this way often without changing anything in my diet or physical activities.
It can be very frustrating when you strive to see progress in order to stay motivated.
Ugramo Fit Body Analyzer will help monitor your weight in every important way! I discovered from reviewing the chart data on the Fitdays app that my weight fluctuates due to water weight. My body tends to hold onto water causing my weight to vary. This issue is very common for women.
I love knowing exactly what my weight is and seeing the breakdown between water weight, skeletal muscle weight, muscle mass, etc.
My only regret so far is not purchasing the Ugramo Fit Pro Series, “Smart Body Scale w/ Heart Care”. The Fit Pro smart body scale has a large 4.6″ LCD display that shows you 8 common body metrics. This would be great to have so you can get immediate results rather than looking it up on your app.
Another important thing I’ve failed to mention, I was very impressed with the design and packaging of the scale when it arrived.
The backside of the box displays everything the scale measures and records, so you know before you even open it.
The scale design is unique compared to most other scales I’ve used before, consisting of smooth rounded corners. Rather than the standard round or square design, this one is neither of those. It’s not round and it’s not square, just somewhere in between.
I would have to explain the design as being very modern and is easy on the eyes when placed in my bathroom; meaning that it blends in well.
The scale arrived promptly and the box was undamaged. When I opened the box, the instruction manual was right on top, then a layer of protector foam, and then inside of a clear bag was the scale, fitted nicely in foam, like a puzzle piece. I thought it was packaged very professionally.
The instruction manual is very easy to read and understand which I found very helpful.
