Spicy Matcha Tea Latte

Start Your Day Off Right!

At the start of my day I take one Slendarol capsule, as a dietary supplement to help support my weight loss goals. In my opinion, Slendarol is one of the best diet supplements for weight loss.

Slendarol by Vita Balance is an all-natural herbal supplement containing key ingredients for weight loss. These key ingredients come straight from mother nature; Raspberry Ketone, Green Coffee Bean, Garcinia Cambogia, and Green Tea.

Healthy Snack

Eat a Healthy Snack

It’s important to eat a healthy snack, especially when you don’t eat breakfast. I’ve listed a few ideas for you to try below. Raw veggies make a very healthy snack without ranch or blue cheese dressing. There are very few calories in raw veggies when eaten by themselves.

  • Raw veggies — Carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
  • Pears and cottage cheese
  • Oranges (I prefer “Cuties”), Kiwi, Apples, Pineapple, Pears
  • 1/2 cup of Almonds
  • Granola Bar
  • Lean Beef Jerky

Best Homemade Chicken Salad

Yummy Wraps for Lunch

If you decide to try taking the Slendarol supplement, I recommend you take your second capsule 15 or 20 minutes with 8 ounces of water BEFORE you eat your lunch.

Try an Xtreme Wellness wrap and a few baked chips or raw vegetables; baked is always best.

Xtreme Wellness wraps are low in carbs and only have 50 calories. They come in original, whole grain, spinach, and tomato basil. I’ve tried them all and they are just as good as the other.

I’ve listed foods that I include in my wraps on regular basis; load it up with vegetables. Vegetables are low in calories, extremely good for you, and will keep you full longer.

  • Ham, Turkey, or Chicken
  • Sliced cheese
  • Add lettuce, baby spinach, peppers, hot peppers, black olives (whatever your heart desires)
  • Mustard or Raspberry Vinaigrette

Another wrap you may be interested in, my Best Homemade Chicken Salad on a wrap, (recipe found under the “Recipe” tab in the navigation bar). It’s low in fat, calories, and carbs. I also have a YouTube video demonstrating how I make it along with a product review on an air fryer.

Staying Hydrated is Important

Drink a Lemon, Ginger root, and cucumber detox, throughout the day. Let me give you a little warning though, it’ll make you pee a lot! After all, it is a detox.

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 or 5 slices of cucumber
  • 1 inch peeled ginger
  • Add 20 ounces of water and refrigerate for 1 hour

This drink will help with hydration along with providing some extra vitamin C and natural energy.

Exercise Regularly

Eating a healthy diet is very important when you are trying to lose weight, but without exercise you may not be near as successful. Being involved in an exercise routine at least 3 days a week will help get you to that ideal weight that you are striving for.

Exercise will boost your metabolism, helping you to burn more calories throughout the day. It’ll even make you feel revived, happy, and energetic. Sometimes it is hard getting started, but once you make it a habit you’ll find that it was worth taking the plunge.

Intermittent Fasting is Healthy

Intermittent Fasting is Healthy

As you are aware, there are many ways to lose weight. I discovered that I have been fasting and didn’t even realize it. Working 3rd shift puts me on a different eating pattern than a lot of other people. I find it real hard to eat 3 full meals a day, because I don’t like to eat before I go to bed or when I first wake up.

I did some research on healthy ways to lose weight and found intermittent fasting has become very popular in recent years.  Maybe this is why my diets are so successful.  I’m not sure, but try setting a time period to eat and not eat during your waking hours.

I only eat between 7:30 pm & 4:30 am. This really works well for my schedule. Eating a healthy snack and two meals during an 8-hour period is normal for me, but may require some will-power for you to adjust to it.

Healthy Eating

It is said that fasting for short periods helps people eat fewer calories, and also helps optimize some hormones related to weight control. There are many methods for intermittent fasting, so you do have some options if this method doesn’t work for you.

For a normal schedule where you sleep at night and wake in the morning, give fasting a try.  Only eat between 11 am and 7 pm and watch those pounds start falling off!!

==> Here is an Example:

Skip breakfast every day during the week and only eat during an 8-hour feeding window, such as from 11 am to 7 pm. That leaves you without eating for an entire 16 hours, of course about 8 of those hours you would be sleeping.

It may be difficult for you in the beginning, but it will get easier and before long it will just be a habit. Like I said earlier, I’ve been intermittent fasting all these years and didn’t ever realize it. Guess what? I don’t get hungry during the 16 hour’s that I don’t eat.
