I live in North Carolina and I recently graduated in May 2017, from Davidson County Community College with a degree in Network and Cyber Security. I love working on websites and doing research which brings me here. I didn’t know much about fitness and everything involved in it to be fit. I soon realized that being in my 40’s and staying in shape is going to take a lot more work and support. That’s when I decided to build my website around my personal problem areas, with hopes that I will not only get rid of mine, but help others as well.

  1. Yay! I actually have all of these ingredients or supplemental ingredients that you have listed here and I will be trying this in the morning. Thank you so much for this recipe! It puts me in the mind of one of my favorite recipes from a very expensive smoothie bar that I had been going to, but I’ve been cutting back on spending so haven’t been able to have it.

On another note I had no idea truvia was so closely related to brown sugar! I feel better about using it now.

I’ll be trying this with bananas. I bet it will be great.

    1. Hello Cris,
Thanks for your visit and comment. I hope you will stop by again in the near future. Truvia is great and low in calories. I actually started buying the Food Lion brand for half the cost and just as good. Please let me know how it is with bananas. I haven’t tried that yet, but with blueberries it is wonderful!
      Take care and enjoy,
      Devara

  2. Thank you so much for this healthy and simple to make recipe. I’m on a weight loss journey but am not following any particular diet. I’ve just been trying to eat moderately and snack less. I’m looking forward to trying this recipe out as a replacement for breakfast.

    1. Hello Kim,
Thanks for visiting my site. I hope you will enjoy this smoothie as much as I do. You can add most any fruit to it and it will still be just as good. I like to drink mine for breakfast as well.
      Take care and enjoy,
      Devara
