  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Extra Creamy Whipped topping (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring Extract (optional; 12 calories)

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and thick. Add more ice if necessary, to reach the desired thickness.

In the video, I tried using my Ninja single-serve blender cup, but as you can see, it was too small for this shake if you add the ice.
