Keto Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Keto Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Author: Leanne Vogel

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients and combine thoroughly.
  3. Divide mix into 6 even portions and shape into cookies.  Place on prepared sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.  Allow to cool on the sheet for 2 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack for 1 hour.

    Outstanding article I must say! Although I have never indulged in keto dietary foods, I’m tempted to start giving them a try after reading this.

    I only have basic knowledge and experience in dieting in general, so I’m glad that I know of another website to check out to further improve the health of my family and I.

    I am a vegetarian and it can be difficult to navigate holiday meals. Everyone just wants you to eat meat. Here taste a piece of turkey. Check out this nice roast. People do not like it when I tell them I am vegetarian. People do not realize you can eat food that is tasty and healthy. These recipes will be sure to help me out and prove otherwise to my family.

    I do have a question though. Of all the recipes listed in the cookbook, which one is your favorite? I have trouble making these kinds of decisions because everything looks so appetizing.

      Thanks for your feedback. I can’t honestly answer your question, because I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet. Although I just recently made the Pumpkin Spice Cookies and did a YouTube video on it. They were pretty tasty!

    The Ketogenic diet is great and I follow it every day.
    I like a variety no matter what I eat and with the holidays coming up the Keto Holiday Cookbook would be a great addition to my meal plan.
    It’s always tougher around the holidays to stick to the diet so this cookbook will make it easier to follow.
    These 30 recipes should do the trick. It certainly is plenty to choose from.
    And the best part is no sugar. With diabetes I certainly don’t want sugar.
    Thanks for some awesome recipes. I must try them!

      I know Keto dieting isn’t for everyone, but it has proven its success for many people over the years. I for one, should have followed this Keto Holiday Cookbook for my Thanksgiving meal. I gained a lot of much unwanted weight! Maybe for Christmas I’ll give it a try. There are a lot of great sounding recipes and desserts included in the cookbook that would work great for my Christmas meal planning.
