ADHD and Fructose

A paper published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior has revealed a possible link between fructose and ADHD, other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Fructose is a simple sugar found in fruits, honey, fruit juices, and certain vegetables. Many processed foods contain High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) made of corn starch. HFCS contributes to obesity, diabetes and even some cancers as well.
