Ingredients:

20.7 mg Iron | 21.34 gr Protein | 484 Calories
  • 6-8 Ice cubes
  • 1 Cup Red Berries Special K cereal
  • 2 Teaspoons Almond Butter
  • 1 Cup Cooked Spinach (I used canned)
  • 1 Cup Raspberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (soaked in water)
  • 2 Teaspoons Turmeric
  • 1 Cup Organic Vanilla Soy Milk (can alternate with unsweetened Almond milk or Coconut milk)
  • Add water as needed, if the mixture is too thick

 

To Prepare:

Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until well mixed. Drink and enjoy!

    Hello everyone,
    I Lost 3 pounds!!
    I just wanted to share my good experience!! While I was working on my newest smoothie creations, I actually had to drink them myself to know if they tasted good.
    In 2 days/2 iron smoothies for dinner, I lost 3 pounds. No joke! That’s all I changed in my diet too. They are both good, but this one is my favorite. The other one is “Iron Blast Smoothie”.
    Best part is that It’s not that expensive either! 1 can of spinach will last for 3 smoothies and the other stuff last for days especially if you buy frozen raspberries!
