I live in North Carolina and I recently graduated in May 2017, from Davidson County Community College with a degree in Network and Cyber Security. I love working on websites and doing research which brings me here. I didn’t know much about fitness and everything involved in it to be fit. I soon realized that being in my 40’s and staying in shape is going to take a lot more work and support. That’s when I decided to build my website around my personal problem areas, with hopes that I will not only get rid of mine, but help others as well.

  1. Great smoothie recipe! I love fruit smoothies and that is generally what I make. I had never added milk or soy milk before and this is something I am going to try as my smoothies are generally pretty thick, probably with the yogurt and my fruit is all frozen (lasts longer this way). I am looking forward to giving this, and a few of your other recipes a try. Thanks!

    1. Hello,
I’m so glad to see you continued to explore my site and found my smoothie creations. I haven’t tried smoothies without milk or Greek yogurt except for my iron smoothies. I think you would really like it!
Smart woman! I have also started using frozen fruit. Frozen fruits are generally cheaper and last a lot longer! I like to get the “Mixed Berries.” There’s blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries in that mix. Pretty awesome.
I have even started using frozen spinach in my Energize Me – Mega Iron Smoothie, since I’ve found out how bad canned foods are for you, (over-processed).
Thanks for your feedback! I look forward to hearing from you again.
      Best of health,
      Devara
