It’s one thing to say you want to make changes with a vague idea of what you want. But by setting and aligning ourselves to clearly defined goals and mapping the steps necessary to meet those goals, we can achieve successful change.
Celebrate Change
Over the last several weeks, we’ve explored habit change, how to make sustainable changes and how to overcome the hurdles and pitfalls that can creep up when making those changes. This week we will be focusing on celebrating the changes we’re making.
