Celebrate Change

Over the last several weeks, we’ve explored habit change, how to make sustainable changes and how to overcome the hurdles and pitfalls that can creep up when making those changes. This week we will be focusing on celebrating the changes we’re making. By looking back at our journey, whether it’s been a week, a month or a year, acknowledging our progress and examining our success and areas of improvement allows us to continue to grow and change.
